Scam US treasury threat. From Hawthorne, CA. - not the state I live in.
A Message from 'Steve Martin' who had a very heavy accent and sounded like he was calling from a 'Boiler Room'.
Not calling this Dud(e) back at all.
Slimy guy from India claiming we are in big trouble with the US Treasury Department. He did not use our names and I don't think he knew them. It may have been a recording - I couldn't tell. It was on our voice mail when we got home. I have no intention of returning his call. It is a scam for sure. BTW - there is a great video of a fellow on youtube calling a scammer's bluff, and the guy from India admits it is a scam and says he doesn't care. Claims he makes $15k to $20k a day doing this.
