same thing as the rest of you. why don't we all make an appointment with them and then give them a fake street address. That way they will be all over the city being annoyed and wasting their time as they so freely do to us!
Got a call from the infamous "Diane" at "Carpet Care" today at 4pm. She is using this phone number now. Filed a complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and contacted my Congressional Representative.
Just (11:50AM PST, 5/13/2008) received a call and voice message (Carpet Cleaning) from this number, just like many times before. Immediately filed FTC Complaint (just like every time). These services are extremely annoying and disturbing. I'd hate to work for a company that does it. I really hope people who work there hate themselves too - that's the biggest punishment we can hope for. Meantime, I keep filing FTC Complaints FTC.GOV - Do Not Call Registry Complaint form. The economics will prevail!
Got a call from Diane, and when I hit 1 to talk with a live person, the lady hung on me very rudely when I started to politely complain. Now I just signed up on the Do Not Call Registry.
