I'm not sure what this caller wanter. He had a thick accent and sounded like he could barely breathe. I couldn't understand a word he was saying. Blocked this number.
Speaks very fast with a possible Mideastern
accent - his voice sounds as that of a twenty or thirty year old who is quite frustrated and complains to anyone that will listen.
The phone company is helping by alerting me that, even though the area code shows as "local" I get an "out of area" message showing up. This is a business land line, but if I suspect Roboscum I hit talk and then immediately hang up. If I guess wrong actual customers call back right away figuring the call dropped for some reason. Roboscum almost never call back right away.
