Who called from 3104091615

I just got a call from this number. I never answer when I don't recognize the number, and when it says Unknown Name or similar to that. I have 3 pages of these scam numbers I keep track of. I believe when there is silence on the other end, they are almost always phoney numbers and they gathering lists of good phone numbers to sell to telemarketers.

Just received a call from this number. Answered to total silence on the other end. After about 20 seconds, it disconnected. No idea who.

I receive calls from this # and when I answer no one speaks..I keep saying hello and they hang up.
Do not know anyone from this area code.
