Who called from 3104442269

Just called me - no message left

How do these people keep calling when I am registered on the govt DO NOT CALL list?   I'm tired of dealing with these idiots

Called my cell phone, no message left.

Called me around lunch time. I answered and they hung up. I've tried calling them back multiple times, busy signal every time.

called, I didn't pick up (didn't recognize the number), and they didn't leave a message

Called did not say anything. I said, "hello, hello." They hung up. I called back from a different phone and it had a busy tone. Called again several hours later and it rang and rang. Nothing! Do not answer a number you do not know.
