Calls from these people regularly, most recently to my cellphone. Previously got calls from the same "Diane," from a different number offering the same "service." I believe all these numbers are spoofed, so we mere mortals have no way of knowing where the calls originate. I also believe that they're fishing for credit card numbers, not actually offering any kind of a real service.
They called my cell, even though I am registered on the Do Not Call list. When I pressed 1 after the automated message, I got routed to a woman who said "Carpet Care". This company is NOT a member of the BBB and the companies that share that name have very poor ratings. I filed a complaint with the https://www.donotcall.gov/Complain/ComplainCheck.aspx and urge you all to do the same.
The phone number itself is licensed out to Global Crossing and I urge to you file a complaint against them as well. They are an unscrupulous telemarketer who ignores the list.
