Another "auto warranty service about to expire" phone call.

I pressed 1 to talk to someone finally (I get a call from here or one of their other numbers at least every other day)
Operator: Can I have the make and model of your vehicle?
Me: I'd like to be taken off of your call list
silence
Me: Hellooooo?
Operator: What?
Me: Take me off of your list
hang up

I am getting sick of this - how do they get our cell #'s?

Same thing happens to me. It says they are located in California. Anyways, I called back yesterday and it said if I want to be taken off the calling list, just press one. So, hopefully, I don't get anymore calls from them anymore.
