Hangup after 4 rings and "All Unknown Calls Screened" outgoing message.  Probable telemarketer.

Same old scammers with a new number.  They never give up.  Blocked and reported.

They left no message after four rings.

Hangup call today (11-6-13) to my home # at 1:22 pm.

Number appeared on caller ID without area code, no name identifier. Called number & recieved message number was not in service. So spoofed.......
