these idiots more than likely got my name or even yours from a payday loan application or newsletter. They only know your name and email. Just report them to the FTC and if you can hold them on the line and are using your cell phone, record them. Then cuss them out and hang up. Get as much info as you can without exposing your privacy.
I recieved a telephone message from this number. The foreign man said I or my retained attorney need to return his call as soon as I get the message. The matter is time sensitive. He said do not disregard this call. If me or my attorney did not call him back, then he could only wish me the good luck with the situation unfolds on me. I have no intention of calling him back. they wouldnt give me the number of the place that is suing me but they did give me the name of the company so i checked with them and they told me they dont have any thing to do with me and that it is a scam dont give them anything
claiming that we are being charged with a bunch of crimes involving the on line fraud & stuff like that off my email address with a very deep weird voice not american
Man in a weird cumputer voice, first I thought was a recorded person but when I asked who he was he would not tell me. He just stated it was a legal matter. would not give me any information. He did threat me with severe legal action if I didn't give him information on my husband. I than told him that I would persue a harrassement suit on him and told him that I had his number and I knew it was a cell phone he quickly hung up.

Please call The federal trade Commission at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357. This company is fradulant and they are evil. The guy immediately told me I attempted some fund transfer on a specific date which was fradulent and I was going to be sued in court and if I received the letter stating they were taking me to court. he stated also I would receive the letter at 5:30 pm today and just to toy with him, I had him repeat everything more than twice and when I ask him what company was he representing he hung up super quick. They might have your email and name but that's it. Do Not give them any info, just note the time of call and call ftc. good luck.
