Yes the same thing happened to me on July 28, 2008.  Strange number and didn't leave a message.

carpet cleaner service called my cell phone.., even it is illegal to use cell phone numbers for telemarketing

the number of the carpet cleaner's phone number, who uses cell phone numbers illegally, is
