This number called me telling me I was enter in a sweepstake.by my visa card.they had all of my information but they would not give me information on them.

I just received a call from 1-310-519--9910. The woman said she was with Publisher Clearing.
She gave me a choice of prizes and said I was referred by Visa or MC. When I declined four free magazines she hung up. I called her back and she was very rude and wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor.
No threats in my case because I asked to speak to someone in charge. However, mean and rude for sure.
Also, she wouldn't give me any company information either.
They just called today first a man named Nicolas told me I had a chance to win and I was to receive 5 magazines at no charge but I need to pay for 1 of them right now and wanted my card info. I told him that I was not going to do this he argued with me i hang up then woman called and really started to be rude I hung up and now they keep calling.
