man this man called and left a message stating that i had took out a loan from usa national bank and i didnt pay it bank and that they have been tryna to contact me thur my email and that monday at 11:00 there will be an officer at my place of residence or job to pick me and that i would have to pay 5000.00 or i will go jail. for one wat kind of company would sue u for fruad and wouldnt they have to send out paper work?? and they would call a couple months before they take u to court now come on man this is creepy cause im only 16 and this man has all my info and i know its all a lie cause i didnt have that bank account in the month or year he stated nor email address man this [***] is werid and needs to be stoped cause there could be lots of people out there using our identiy. but thankgoodness its a scam cause i thought i would spend the next ten years in jail!!!
on 8/14/2008 at 8:14pm i received a call from a person who was representing us national bank stating that i owed him 5000.00 usd. he stated that he has a legal paper showing all my information. i told him that i have never done any kind of business with that company. the gentleman stated that if i didn't that money back that he would be sending an officer to my work to pick me up. i then got on line and look at my banking statement as far as february and found no information relating to that company. i told the man that don't call me again and i hung up. the man call me right back. i don't know who they are but they have all my information.
