"Jack Wright" is a liar - probably one of the scammers with a fake post to make thier calls looks legitimate to people who check the number. If you recieve a call from these thieves DO NOT pay them a cent, do not confirm your information ( and they will have alot of it) - they have stolen your information and are lying when they say you owe this money. Check out the post by "The saint" under the number 646-478-7598 - it has sllot of good info about this scam. The FBI also released a statement in december about it. Post all the names and numbers they use on this site - and there are alot of them - you will keep getting calls - I have been dealing with them for over a year now.

I receive a same call around 2 month ago and they told me to pay $ 550 for my outstanding loan amount i ignor this and after a month i receive some type of legal documents at my door stap and my work place stating that i had done froud activity with payday loan own now in futur i cant get any type of loan from any finance company.

I received a call from this number and they can't hardly speak any english and the guy was using the name Officer Bernard and claiming that a large amount of money is owed but can't say to what company. When I asked for their address, they hung up.
Received a call on 1/26/2011 telling me the same thing but that I defaulted on 250.00 Not knowing any better I reluctantly was one of the idiots who fell for this at a cost of 551.00 Here are a few numbers to watch out for (310) 547-8809 located as a land line in San Pedro. (315) 551-5643 located in Syracuse New York and a fax number of (707) 638-7212 In Vellejo Ca. And (310) 799-0212 Beverly Hills Ca. Officer Steve Johnson Claimed to be an officer of the Court or Federal Bureau of the Courts. They are using the e-mail cashnet1.com which I had e-mailed information to them. I now have closed all my accounts so they have no more access to that. Yesterday they tried calling me again telling me I owed another 750.00 and if I didn't pay 1100.00 more then I would be liable for a class action suite. This time I told him I'll see him in court. On the 26th, I felt some how that maybe by chance they were right cause I did take out a loan last yeear sometime but didn't remember who that was. I was told that if I didn't take care of it in the nest hour they will have to issue an affidavit. In good faith I took care or it, After they took the money out of my account I called the bank to find out what entity actually took it and the name came up as a publishing house in Florida. When I got home, I looked at my bank statements and found out that that was not the company I had the loan with and it did show that I paid it off. I am writting this as an example of what not to do for the sake of those who are going through this.
