"Jack Wright" is a liar - probably one of the scammers with a fake post to make thier calls looks legitimate to people who check the number. If you recieve a call from these thieves DO NOT pay them a cent, do not confirm your information ( and they will have alot of it) - they have stolen your information and are lying when they say you owe this money. Check out the post by "The saint" under the number 646-478-7598 - it has sllot of good info about this scam. The FBI also released a statement in december about it. Post all the names and numbers they use on this site - and there are alot of them - you will keep getting calls - I have been dealing with them for over a year now.
And "Jack Wright" - go crawl back into whatever hole you crawled out of!!!
I too have also received the same harassment from this number stating that they had my social security number and that I owed them money for a loan.They also stated that they were taking me to court if I did not pay 300.00 immediately.
I have heard all of the same. I even went as far and turned it around on them. I started asking them for their names and related that they are under an "aka", asked them for their residential number and physical address, the county these assumed lawsuits were filed and that I would be calling the Courthouse of that County and further would call Immigration Naturalization Services (INS) to check and see if in fact these people are legal and why they are calling under an aka an announcing themselves under a fraud of some authority...If I am correct, isn't this against the law?
