This came in as a text message on my cell phone on 11/11/09 @ 2:00 PM.
I called the number back and it says that the mail box is full and can not accept any more messages. I do not have texting on my phone and this call just cost me money. How did they get my number?
I received a txt saying "Homeowners, Is your mortgage payment too high?..." First you have to register with a do-not-call list, now what? A do-not-text list? We should be able to sue these people, or charge them for texting/calling us.
Have received two text messages from this number, one for mortgage reduction and one for a Orange county party. Need to find out how to stop getting messages from this number.
I got the same text message as people listed above just hours after listing an apartment for rent on Craigslist. They must be taking the numbers off of the site and junk texting people. Is this legal???
Do we have any kind of recourse for this crap?? Text message said "Dear homeowner, Is your mortgage payment too high? Our Relief Program can lower your high payments immediately. Would you like to learn more about this?"
