I am so tired of these people calling my cellphone and place of employment and leaving these threatening messages on my voicemail. I just don't know how these people get away with treating people like this and trying to collect money from hard working people like us. I know it's a scam because if it was anything important it would of come in the mail or at my door but know these people are just stupid and trying to scare us.
Maybe if enough of us complain about just maybe something will get done about these type of u know what people.
it's scam, a debt collector claiming to be the local county clerk, regarding a "civil complaint" filed at the local court, doesn't even have a proper file number. left a generic call back number with en "extension." I was born a night people, not last night...
I received the same message saying her name is Elizabeth with a legal filing against my name and social. She had the last four of my social and says it was filed at the local court and saying to call her back at a different number. I called my local court and that filing number did not exist and they even looked me up by my name and date of birth and found nothing.
