Called asked for my husband by name, then said, "Is this Mrs. K?" I asked who's calling? He told me and said they were offering free in-home estimates for remodeling. I told him I would never hire someone based on a phone call, nor would I have them in my home. He hung up.
Black male calls and claims we previously discussed a home improvement and that he's checking back in. I told him that the last time hew called I asked to be placed on the do not call list. He went down a list of services (paint, indoor repairs, ...etc.) I told him I did not require any services at this time. Rather than apologizing, he terminated the call.
If and when the Marketing department of this company reads this, you should consider hiring professionals that know their craft and not individuals that don't respond well to potential customers that do not have a need at this time.
