called on 10/31 at 8pm. Left no message.

Calls every night for last 5 days at 7pm. No message.

Called on 11/24 at 9:30am   no message was left.

I believe the caller is a subscription seller, possibly for a paper (I used to get).  If you compare your area code to theirs, then they are selling a local paper either for the Southbay area or Los Angeles, or at least for the Long Beach area.  The one I talked to was extremely pushy, but if you talk to him at all he might take you off his caller list if you tell him to.
