Who called from 3105963575

Called my cel.. no message.

Just received a call, left recorded voicemail from: us renewable energy program to reduce electric bill.

Called 12/14/15 at 1:58 pm PST. Caller ID showed "Unknown", meaning I don't answer. If it is from a newspaper subscription service, we already get the two papers available in our area, so????  When answering machine came on, there was one beep and then a hang up.

Same old scammer called with various numbers, no doubt to block them!

Robocall selling Google business listing. They spoof all kinds of numbers & it looks like they try to spoof ones in  your area so you'll pick up. I hung up before I could hear the whole thing. It was talking as I picked up the phone. So it does leave a message that's cut off because of that.
