Who called from 3106149293

I just got a text from this number about mortgage.  I don't even have a house.  I have to pay for texts, and I am very angry that someone has my number.  Does anyone know how to report this?  Or block the number?

I just got a text from this number about a Free home security system.  How did they get my number I do not know. BTW Im in California.

I'm in the Austin, Texas area and I got the following spam text message from this number on October 29, 2009:

"Dear Austinite, we are a local energy efficient company offering free home audits, this can lower your utility bills, would you like to learn more."

I find it odd that it says they're a local (meaning the AUSTIN, TEXAS area) company when it's a CALIFORNIA phone number.

I don't know where they got my number from, but I do not wish any calls or text messages from this number!

Just got one about a loan modification 310 614 9293.
