Text message that read....Dear Homeowner, Is your mortgage payment too high? Our Relief Program can lower your high payments immediately. Would you like to learn more about this. 1-310-614-9293. I called the number and was told the message box was full. How did they get my number? I am calling back when that message box can take my message.

"If you are struggling to keep up with credit card payments and have more than 15k in debt, we can help.  Would you like to learn more about this?"

Got this 4:50 EST 11/10/09.  Stupid spam text.

I'm in the Austin, Texas area and I got the following spam text message from this number on October 29, 2009:

"Dear Austinite, we are a local energy efficient company offering free home audits, this can lower your utility bills, would you like to learn more."

I find it odd that it says they're a local (meaning the AUSTIN, TEXAS area) company when it's a CALIFORNIA phone number.

yep, got a text stating that if my debt is greater than $15k they can help me. SCAM. They won't answer the phone.

Received the following drivel twice from 310-614-9293 (NB: I'm not a homeowner O_o):

"Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this?"

NO, and stop spamming my cell. Morons.
