Who called from 31062039

i juz got e call.. if its from local, there will be a +65

Got missed calls as well but whenever I call back, there's a ring and then it's engaged! Strange!!!

got that number called my company and said they are from "contact" database and requesting to talk to IT manager

did a check on numbers starting with 3xxxxxxx, it is indeed a valid no. while 6 is for land line, 8 and 9 are for mobile, 3 is for VoIP. anyway, they never give up calling my office after many months of avoiding them, and dont know which [***] gave them my mobile. added them to my auto reject list.

I hung up their call after reading about this.  Thanks for sharing.
