i have gotten a text 2 days in a row from this number....states "Are you a homeowner? Interest rates are at 4.75% Perfect time to refinance, may we give you a call regarding this? i called them instead to find out who it is and why they're phishing for business. the recording says, "the voice mailbox for Scammers is full". would like to find out how we can stop them from texting.
