I have received two text messages saying that they are a "Gear Austinite, we're a local energy efficiency company offering free energy audits to help lower my utility bills." I called the number the text came from and got a recorded message saying the voice mail box for "scammers" was full.
Received text message "Is your mortgage payment too high? Our program can lower your high payments immediately. Would you like to know more about this?"
I keep receiving offers to lower my mortgage from phone numbers 310-666-2467 and 310-562-9515. I want this to stop! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Received a text from 310-666-2467 saying "Is your mortgage payment too high? Our program can lower your high payments immediately. Would you like to learn more about this?" Called the number back, really creepy voicemail recording calling themselves scammers.
