they just called me threating with legal action agaisnt me for a credit card debt from years ago with an outragious amount and then said they would take the funds from my current cards and they even had info that no one should have
Called saying my social security was red flagged and a warrant would be issued if I didn't call back. Called and wanted to know what kind of scam they were running. Was told I was rude and they hung up on me.
Company called saying I owe a debt on a payday loan and legal action will be taken against me if I do not return the call....I will get sued and taken to court
I just got a call from an unknown number saying they were coming to my work or home tomorrow with a summons issued from his number but never gives names or anything just 310-675-4500
