This is Directv bothering about wanting bank account information for automatic bill pay so they can take out of your bank account every month when the bill is due.
Get this. Directv just added on....like lalalaa let's add on some sports tv football games on channels 700 + for a mere ...$47.99 a month + tax. Even if we.. Directv customers did not order it.
I called and complained about the added $50 to my bill.
They told me we got the promotional trial free for the past year and we never called to cancel it so we won't be charged.
I told that kid he WAS LYING! We never, ever got any Channel 700's of any kind at any time. EVER. (My man at home is a channel surfer and sure would have noticed sports channels especially on channel 700 and up)!
They told me they needed my bank account info for future billing I told them they need to take that $50 off of my bill and they were not getting any bank account info from me to deduct the bill each month from my account for that very reason. Adding channels and $$$ to the initial monthly package agreement.
The people calling from this number are trying to be sneaky ...without having the Directv 800 caller id. and sound like teenagers.
Who knows if they are even from directv or someone calling from another line who got customer information from a directv employee friend.
