Got same text about home owner rates, called, got voicemail, it said; the person"you're a stupid mother f*cking c*ck sucker" was the voice mail.
Whitepages.com 'd it, reverse lookup, this is what it said;

This number is a landline based in West Los Angeles, CA and is unpublished.
Some stupid [***] is probably trying to scam people, I'm with t-mobile. Someone should find this [***] and press charges. Hope my info helps.
