This number has called me every other day for the past two weeks, sometimes at early hours of the morning. It is annoying. I wouldn't be surprised if this were Time Warner Cable as the company aggravates me beyond all belief. If they call again, I'm answering and telling them to stop.

This number calls my cell phone daily at different times. The call disconnects when answered. When I don't answer, they don't leave a message. I call it back and it is disconnected. I HATE TIME WARNER. [***]. I WILL LEAVE YOUR SERVICE WHEN I MOVE AND REPORT YOU TO BBB AND FEDS.
I haven't ever answered the call and they never leave a message. I'm assuming though it must be Time Warner due to all the other comments for this number. I just recently moved in to their service area and I can say they are by far the WORST cable company I have ever had.
