This number has called me every other day for the past two weeks, sometimes at early hours of the morning. It is annoying. I wouldn't be surprised if this were Time Warner Cable as the company aggravates me beyond all belief. If they call again, I'm answering and telling them to stop.
This happens to me on a regular basis. I block the number and that works for a couple of months but then they start up with a new phone number. Every time this happens I find references by others to Time Warner. They don't seem to care at all about any "No Call" lists. It's a sign of the times when monopoly's like TWC just adopt tactics normally used by criminals and a Nigerian prince that needs cash to pay bank fees.
