Telemarketers wouldn't be evasive or lying about the service they're offering, or about prior contact/communication.
These are skip tracing calls, aren't they? They're trying to get information about your address, to sell to bad debt holders.
I'll bet everyone posting in this comment thread has charged off credit cards in their history. I do. Is that correct? Please post so we can all confirm.
She the caller said she had talked to me a while ago about home improvements and wanted to know what I wanted to start with first the inside of the home or the outside.I replied no one spoke to me before and I do not own a home. She hung up. I tried to call the phone number 1-310-773-4065 several times stating my call can not be completed as dialed. please check the number and call again. 070T. I called the Operator who stated it most likely a tele marketer and to ignore the call.
