310-825-4321 called today (ID shows "UCLA CAPTIONBI"). I missed the call but it was probably to remind me of a doctor's appointment that I will have one week from today. One week in advance? I think that it is too early for a reminder. I did not call back because of existing comments on 800notes. Anyway, I got an email today with the reminder through the "MyUCLAHealth" patient online system that avoids unnecessary phone calls. I think that UCLA has to stop calling from a number that does not belong to the office/department where the doctor's appointment will take place because there is no way to get a relevant response if calling back. It only create confusion.
