The people who owns the number "310-845-9104" is Mohammed Ahsan and Eliza M Akter. If you were wondering how I got these names, I have an app on my iPhone called Reverse Phone Lookup from whitepages.com. The app is available in the App Store and it's free. I've just entered the phone number in the app and the results showed Mohammed Ahsan and Eliza M Akter. If you have an iPod Touch or iPhone, you can download the app from the App Store and the app is pretty useful.
Said they were taking a poll (poll is a legal scam to get around the fact this is an unsolicited call), she admitted my number was random aka we have know idea who were calling (also known as spam). I told her I worked for the FCC and wanted to know if her Dialogic Cards (Dialing cards made by Intel used in higher end Predictive dialers) were registered with the FCC? She didn't know what that was... I told her I was not a resident of California. My cell phone has a 707 area code which is a bay area number. Moved out long before CA went bankrupt. If this number calls you just use the same m.o. you are from the FCC, I bet they 310-845-9104 never call again!
