BS...some sort of lead sharing/selling marketing program.  Odds are you filled out a form somewhere else, and they sold your information to vipinstantcash.com.

They should spend some real money and get there leads through legitimate sources, and have them be leads that showed direct interest in their product.  too many companies buy leads for pennies, and spam like this.  it's sad.

you would think a company that robs broke people on interest rates, would be able to afford a decent PPC campaign in google.
