I have no clue who this is. It comes up as a landline in Palmdale, & I don't know anyone there. They call at 3:00 am on various days & hang up. They could leave a message since I don't bother answering this late now. They obviously know they have they have the wrong number & do this out of harrassment or some prank call. My next step is the police to trace the call & file charges.

this is some company's phone line being used by a rogue call center so you cannot call the rogue center (aka: illegitimate business in India spoofing their info to resell your info over and over to their unknowing partners that think they are doing good buiness -- til the partner find out they are not doign good business and then the call center gets fired and finds a new victim parter...) back or report them. happens all the time. some poor guy in jersey had his landscaping business hijacked last year. i thought he was going to cry as he told me how he's just a normal guy trying to do buiness and now has to change his number people have had for ages. if CAREER INSTITUTE calls you about educaiton... go along with it. once you get to the advisor they transfer you to LISTEN CAREFULLY for the ID info they give the other agent. this is the clue. once you get it, - then go ahead and ask the new agent to call you back, or can you call them. once you get a secure line you can tell them you have been scammed and they will know who transferred the call to them and have to deal with it. so jiust go along with it until you get the ACTUAL partner on the line and they know you're numnber. from their, they trace it back and if everyone does this- this one call cneter will be put out of business. note: YOU MUST ask the recieving agent to call you back. "save my info where i came into you from and please call me back." or ask for a supervisor if the agent doesnt' understand. you have to do this because when thwe first agent who called transfers you to the second agent - controls the call and is listening. if you start accusing the other agent before asking/ getting that call back - the first agent will hang up and disconnect the call. neither YOU nor the recieving agent will know who it was and what happened. and they'll never stop.
I am reposting because despite telling these jerks over the last couple days to TAKE ME OFF THE LIST - they continue to call. Like 2 minutes ago. the Company started with Dynamic Impact - Paula Noble Brana's company in Murrieta CA who bought data and/or hired a call center in India who bought data and sold my name illegally (or at least the person they THINK the number belongs to) and started selling me to education lead gen aggregators all over the US. i want the info about Paula Noble Brana and Kokattacalling24x7 to 'stick' in the internet cache and come up as the FRAUD they are. If you are a lead buyer looking to purchase quality leads - DO NOT USE these entities. They will ruin your business.
