I got called from this number, and the CID said it was from Hermosa Beach. The guy said his Dad owns a home improvement company and they wanted to know if I needed any work done. I said no and hung up. He called right back under a different phone ID number. I answered the phone and the guy was mad I hung up. The new phone number was: 244-400-0000. The CID said it was an unknown name. They obviously have many different numbers they can say they are calling from, all false.
Called 5/22/15 at 1:38 pm PDT. Called ID showed "Hermosa Beach CA" and this number. My phone answered by Sentry robo call blocker which advises calling party we do not accept calls from telemarketers, to remove our number from "their" call list (legal requirement to prosecute if they're ever caught), or press 0 to leave message. No message left. On Federal DNC list with a private listing.
Fake # on CID - no callback possible - therefore, just another telemarketing thief. What legitimate business would spoof their #? Probably a Persian, Russian or Israeli boiler room center filled with $5/hr welfare mothers doing mass calls.
