Some guy who says his name is James Winston with a really bad manners and bad ethic also he spoke heavy hispanic language saying he is a "process server" call on my friend cellphone attempting to collect a due of walmart credit card from 2009 and my friend pay it all the hole amount on 2015. When my friend said to him to james he think that call he receiving is a scam James Winston was got very agitated and mad. James Winston was threatening and intimidating him that he is going to send a sheriff to my friend's house the next day which the sheriff never came home. Two days later they were calling my friend to his work with the same situation which were so angry that when my friend asked me to call them I call them. When I spoke with James Winston he told me to leave this number to my friend and to give my friend this message that if at 4 pm this afternoon, 2/17/2017 my friend does not call him at 310 919 0956 He is going to be sending the sheriff to his work still James winston continues with the threat and intimidation. Someone who can guide me that we must do please. We think is a scam.
Some guy who says his name is Tony Winters (although he spoke with a heavy Hispanic accent) saying he was a "Process Server" attempting to serve me lawsuit papers via mail. Had very old personal information. He got very agitated when I told him I knew he was attempting to scam me. Would not give me information about his company other than to say he was with the process servers office. Definite scam!!!!
