I found an FB post about a student loan lawsuit against Navient from the National Law Center. No sooner than I inquired about the lawsuit I started receiving text messages, email messages, and then a phone call from this number. Blocked it all.
I probably did initiate this contact; however, it was because I saw something saying there was a class action suit against my son's student load provider. After completing info for that I immediately received an email from another party pitching similar things mentioned by previous posters. Completely contacted me under false pretenses.
