Called no message. Calling back got a fast-talking girl couldn't understand what she was saying. Finally understood she wanted to know if we "sold retail." When I explained we're a contractor and not a reseller, she huffed and said "well then fine forget it!" and hung up. Gee, guess it's our fault she's an idiot and couldn't bother to research if we were a business she could take advantage before she called us.
