Call it a 'prank' call because Scammer/Fraudster was an available option. A only slightly different varient of the old credit card rate reduction scam.
This number called me and has the nerve to hide behind a answering machine message using profanity - very immature behavior obviously displaying a mental disorder and someone with authority should take note and intervene or at the least the cell provider of this # should shut him down
American sounding female recording about lowering interest rate on credit cards. Press 1, get the Indian guy. He wanted to know how much I owe and I told him it didn't make any difference if he was going to lower my interest rate. He said he HAD to know how much I owe. When I asked WHY he asked "who am I talking to?" I told him OHIO FBI. He said "I don't give a f**K about the FBI!" I burst out laughing and said "that's awesome! I totally got you to drop the F bomb!" He hung up and now I've blocked the number.
