Might sound crazy...but...are you trying to solve a mystery...?

I found out that this number was encoded into a B64 and later again encoded with Caeser.

im tryign to solve this mystery havent called the number yet want to try and figure out more to all of this first

so far though the number is really the only cohesive thing ive gotten from all of the posts and so far all ive gotten that matched other peoples responses so pretty sure the number is on the right track for decoding it
