Its not a scam people, its from university of walden or any other oversea university you might have registered or you was linked to. You can pick up the call and listen without talking at first then when the person at the other end talks then answer and they will tell you about the requirements to studies oversea without paying anything.
I received a call from this number too (July 4,2011) +31207130000 at about 9:02am, concerning my master preparation to study at Robert Gordon university. I told the man on phone that he should call me in the next 2hr. Am suspecting it should be scam. Please someone help me
+31 is a Netherlands based number. Walden University and Liverpool University online offers are owned by a company called Laureate education whichhas it's head office in Amsterdam.
Guys this is Walden university's number that offers online courses...dont worry. i registered myself in Walden site and i received call from the same number. 31207130000. he was a nice guy and gave me good guidance of the program
