Its not a scam people, its from university of walden or any other oversea university you might have registered or you was linked to. You can pick up the call and listen without talking at first then when the person at the other end talks then answer and they will tell you about the requirements to studies oversea without paying anything.
That is the site for online based studies. The enrolment for online studies is done in the Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
You were smart enought to identify the campus site, but too lazy to pick up the phone and ask them. If you even expored the site and asked for online studies they would have refered you to the other site.
It is a good thing in the end. You are not clever enough to do a Master's degree.
To prove whether this is a scam or not, go to www.liv.ac.uk which is the official website of the University of Liverpool. Search for online in the search box and read the official result from the University of Liverpool. Alternatively, call +44 (0)151 794 2000 which is the telephone number of the University of Liverpool and ask them about this.
