This company, whoever they are, is harassing my elderly parents, at my old phone number. They're asking for me, and I haven't lived there or used that phone number in nearly 10 years.
There's an automated voicemail, always the same message. Call Mr. Hoover. I call the number given -- an 800 number -- and another recording comes on, saying "Please hold, an representative will be with you shortly." I wait a bit, but no one ever picks up. Once I waited for over five minutes. Nothing.
