This is 1st Financial collectors calling. They use an automated calling system that will not stop calling until you respond by calling them back. If the person they are looking for is not at the number they are calling, they still leave your phone on that automated dialer. They need to be reported to the FTC or Attorney General's Office. Maybe someone can get an exact mailing address for them, along with a legal business name.
I just received a call from them and my account was up to date. I called them back after reading this post and told the rep that I had already spoken to someone yesterday and made my payment. She said she would take me off their list for today. I said I didn't want to receive any phone calls from them at all. She said that I wouldn't receive anymore calls until the day the payment is supposed to come in. I agree. They need to be reported. This is harassment. They need to get their records straight. I have had problems with other accounts and no one is nearly as vicious as these people.
1st financial calls my phone all day and night. They even call on Sundays and after 9:00pm. This is clearly harassment. I just ignore the phone calls. They have many different numbers that they use.
9:47 this (Sunday) morning, no message, nothing when I answered. VERY irritating, especially since I'm Canadian and haven't ever had anything to do with First Financial.
3 calls back to back just now and no message. Sometimes they leave a message and it always started playing before my answerer kicks in so by the message I get to play is garbled, useless and lacks any context; by the time its kicked in who knows if it's even for me! You'd think they could make a better synch-up system
