Jim called from 866-313-0311 said i won a car. WHAT A LOSER...I KNEW HE WAS SCAMMING ME.

This number rang my phone 3 times. when I answered, I got heavy breathing and then a hang up. It rings up on my caller ID as from Chicago Ill area (312) 962 0237. COuldnt find a thing out about this number though.
I just got a call from this number 312-962-0237, caller ID said Chicago, IL and I let it go to voice mail. The male caller said he was calling us about a contest we had entered for a Lincoln Navigator and that he had very good news and to please call someone named Michelle at an 800#. I don't remember entering any contest for a car, sounds strange to me
