It amazes me how many people put stupid comments like "Please do not call", as if cars.com reads these.
Do not call list doesn't apply here, either. You applied for a loan, or someone else did with your phone number, and deep in the fine print it says they can sell your phone number - and you approved it. Im sure you probably didnt read it, but it is in there. The only thing you can do is answer it and tell them to take you off their list or they will keep calling, and calling, and calling....
