I returned a phone call after speaking with someone who left a message stating that I would be given a summons within the next 24 to 48 hours to appear for a past debt. They also had the last four numbers of my social. They also had info on an account that was charged off in 2009. So at first I thought it was legitimate. After making a phone call that I got from an email correspondence from them to arrange for payment and not getting anything but a recorded generic voice mail, I checked the internet and found that Siegel, Donovan, Walsh and Associates is a scam. I was ready to take care of the debt by giving them permission to charge a credit card.
