It is a fraudulant business I just hung up with the idvidual and they told me to "Kiss there A@@ CO@@KSUCKER". That does not seem very professional to me . Never give any information to these people they just want to take your money If it was official they would send you a certified letter and never call you ....
got a call - twice. very menacing asking for a name similar to mine but not mine. Would not give details - threatened lawsuit and demanded callback in 24 to 48 hours. Assuming it could be a collection agency. Have a teenage daughter diagnosed with cancer two years ago so I've had medical bills approaching two million but have insurance and have paid off my share. unfortunately, their billing records seem to have issues and they can't seem to reconcile insurance/co-pays/deductibles. Anyway, unless they give me some information about who they are and what they want I do not feel obligated to respond.
I just got off the phone with this idividual and figured out it is a total scam. I asked him what kind of cases he deals with and he wouldnt answer me and then I told him I believed that it was a scam and and that I would be reporting him to the authorities and he said to me and I quote "KISS MY [***] YOU [***]" well I thought that was a little unprofessional HA HA needless to say this is a fradulant phone line just to get your personal information from weak individuals ..DONT FALL FOR IT ....
These low life bottom feeders called at 6 in the morning and said "in regards to a complaint that is being filed against you and formalized near Downey." After calling them they said we owed money on a bank card and a summons would be issued. We explained it was a mistake. Then we called the bank and no such account ever existed. We called them back to explain that there was no past account, 2002. Mr "daniel brooks" said a summons would be issued. I made sure he had the address so the summons could make it quickly so we could have our day in court. Let them waste their money,if they are legitimate - not.

Said they were an investigator for a company and that a civil suit was being filled against me in my county. I tried to call back several times but no one would pick up. I feel this is a total scam and I will be contacting my attorney
Investigator Danielle Brooks called me and contacted me on Facebook. I befriended as a knee jerk reaction because I thought it was someone from my high school. If they are skip tracing or collecting, they have an obligation to say so. Otherwise, its against The Fair Credit Reporting Act. They also cannot say they are Dallas County investigators because they are private. I have not broken a law and feel harassed.
