Received the same call from the accented woman today. She said that she had stayed here, a year ago!, and wanted to send a nice note to the "general manager" and asked for his email address. I asked her last name and she said "Smith", I almost fell over laughing. Since the email address is already on-line I gave it to her and then blocked the #. I guess we won't be seeing "Mrs. Smith" here anytime soon.
Lady with Asian accent called my cell asking for my email addresses as they are sending out invites to BBB event, yeah sure. When confronted with which BBB office are you and what is the title of the event she did the old 2 step dancing around every follow up question I put forth. She was not nasty but I told her to stop scamming people and that it was obvious that this is a scam based on her answers and non answers then I hung up. I have blocked this number but I think the best thing to do is auto call forward that number to the Secretary of State, FBI fraud, or White House info number so that they can knock themselves out with that.
rude & vulgar, should be arrested! he called, asked for IT dept. when i said their not interested but thank you & hung up, he called back, told me FU, hung up, called back, called me a [***], hung up, called back, breathed heavy!
Really?!?!? is there no way to report people like this?
This number calls repeatedly and doesn't leave a message. Based upon the information above, the number is now . . . Blocked! (If you don't have call block, get it! It's so satisfying!)
Someone named Yodi with a thick Indian accent called asking for our email address, claiming to be with a company called Buyers.com with a bogus story that her boss David Donaldson wanted our manager's email. I am in the process of getting that number blocked at our switchboard! Doesn't hang up right away when she gets voicemail, but doesn't say anything on the messages either.
