Received a phone call at 5:30 a.m. from 312-267-2859. Since my household was sleeping, it went to vm, but no message left. I called back within 5 minutes and received a computer-sounding voice that said, "Please leave a message."
I believe it is illegal to make solicitation calls at 5:30 a.m., not to mention I am on the Do Not Call list.
